John & Emma Wetzstein bought this 160 acre farm in 1914 in Dodge County, MN. They moved here from Iowa. The main house was replaced in 1967 with a 3 bedroom rambler. David's house in the foreground was expanded in 1962 before his marriage to Nancy Quam.
worked in the home and the barn most of her life. She raised chickens, calves, kids, grandkids and cooked up delicious meals. Sixteen+ hour days were commonplace throughout her life.

Leonard raised a lot of corn and milked a lot of brown swiss cows during his lifetime. 1907-1994
The original farmhouse was partially razed and moved to make way for a new one in 1967.
That tractor tire became the family sandbox for Brian, Brad & Brett.
